This book taught me what to eat and when to eat to make me healthier inside. It also has taught me things I can do to stay out of the Doctors office in my daily life. I highly recommend this book to anyone that wants to know how to stay healthy in your daily life.

I absolutely LOVED this book! It was a real eye opener! I had no idea that so many of the things that I was putting into my body could actually be detrimental to my life and are the root cause of so many cancers! I’m starting my 21-day Livingood Challenge! I can only pray that I have the willpower to change my entire life completely! Thank you Dr. Livingood for writing such a useful and informative book! I’ll let you know how it goes at the end of the Challenge!
